Participant

Active user assigned to a course.

Profile

Each user has a Moodle™ profile that can display a picture or avatar that represents you, a brief bio/description section, and your institutional email address. It also contains important settings related to messaging and forum functionality. You can message other users in Moodle™ using a link in their profile (other users can message you the same way).
