Art 2 (Drawing & Painting) allows students to continue their studies from Introduction to Art, learning to critically analyze what they see and develop their own style. All students will receive weekly exposure to art history. All students will be exploring drawing and painting mediums.

Pottery 2 (Advanced Pottery)

Advanced Pottery allows students to continue their studies from Introduction to Pottery. The $20 lab fee must be paid within the first five (5) days of the semester!

Pottery 1 (Intro to Pottery)
Grades 9-12

Students will learn the basic techniques and skills of working with clay. Students will create hand built functional pottery. This class includes an introduction to the potter's wheel. No prior art experience on the pottery wheel is required. The $20 lab fee must be paid within the first five (5) days of the semester!

Introduction to Art is designed to teach students how to critically analyze what they see, teaching historical background and about the nature of materials used to create art. All student will receive exposure to art history. All students will be exposed to a variety of media and subject matter.
